Mr. Abdul Samad Shaikh : He is M.B.A. in electrical engineering. After serving with MSEB, he joined the firm and leads Sales, Marketing and Information technology department. He is having specialized vision for senior citizens as well as after retirement life of the people. His approach and vision brings a multitude of strong positive attributes to the firm. In the turbulent era of today’s busy life, Mr. Shaikh uses his brilliancy, energetic approach and his wide spread understanding resembling with the expectations of customers in order to make the dreams of owning self home come true by the Clienteles. The influx of seasoned thoughts by him in other partners lead the Firm to a unbeatable heights in the area of realty development.
Mr. Shyam Dudha Rathod : : He is young dynamic person armed with profession of Electrical engineering. He is looking after management of Sales and Marketing with his exclusive ultra modern touch. His sensitive, measured and purposeful approach to maximize the results for the business with profound customers’ satisfaction is the asset for the firm. Habib M. Khan : He is post graduate with seasoned experience of several fields to his credit. He is acknowledged for his in depth understanding of the real estate business, customers psychology and market behavior. He has great vision and keen interest in conceptualization and planning of new housing projects for the Company. He is involved in Project execution and general administration. His determination, dedication and untiring efforts will made the firm to grow its business in leaps and bounds. His in-depth knowledge and more than three decades of experience in banking, reality business and every stage of the construction activity is an asset for the firm. From the project planning & monitoring to implementation Mr. Khan is actively involved in all the projects of the firm from its inception till its completion.
